One bite is a fine texture and succulent,one bite is full of flavour.It's a habit to use sufficient ingredients.It's like the lives of the scholar in Chapters from a Floating Life.The "simple food" is also made exquisite.

以西方人眼中的中国文化为视角,将在地的闽南观戏文化融入其中,结合《指较》品牌定位及品牌元素,以中西交融、古典与现代去碰撞出东方新摩登的视觉味蕾好戏,开始一场中西对撞的CHINAART美食空间之旅...

Taking the perspective of Chinese culture in the eyes of the Westerners. The local Minnan theatre culture will be integrated into it. Combined with the brand positioning and brand elements of ZHIJIAO. With the fusion of East and West, classical and modern to collide with the Oriental new modern visual taste buds, to start a Chinese and Western clash of CHINAART food space journey.

传统的龙虾餐厅给人的感觉是市井,是地道,而我们更希望将《指较》打造成一个与众不同的精致型餐饮品牌,呈现一个完全不同的差异化视觉,为食客带来一种全新的互动体验。我们在深度调研市场和品牌后,提出了【闽南观戏文化】的设计策略,这也是寸匠熊猫NANA板块的宗旨——策略先行,我们改变了龙虾传统的吃法,将带有市井气的龙虾料理变成更符合当下年轻人喜爱的体验式饮食文化,融入服务设计的理念,通过沉浸式互动的方式赋予食物和空间精致感,一场东方的摩登好戏缓缓拉开序幕。

A traditional lobster restaurant would make people feel country and authentic. However, we wanted to make the ZHIJIAO a distinctive fine-dining brand with a completely different vision and a new interactive experience for diners.After in-depth research on the market and the brand, we came up with the design strategy of Minnan opera culture. Strategy First is the purpose of the CUN PANDA NANA. We have changed the traditional way of eating lobster. Turning the traditional lobster dish into a food culture experience that is more in line with young people today.A good show of oriental modesty slowly kicks off.

好戏开场 / Prologue

赋予空间一种电影的场景感,空间中的人即是观戏的人,也是故事的呈现者。

Giving the space a cinematic feel,The people in the space are the viewers of the film,They are also the presenters of the story.

食客从门前,便开始等候入戏。

Diners are waiting to get into the theatre, right from the door.

我们提炼龙虾的形体,形成专属《指较》的“龙虾纹”,在门前的新艺术运动风格的吊灯上,赋予品牌自身的独特性与标示性。顶上暖色的灯光,营造出神秘的开场氛围。

We refined the lobster's shape to form the lobster pattern, which is exclusive to ZHIJIAO. The Art Nouveau-style chandelier in front of the door gives the brand its uniqueness and labeling. Warm coloured lighting on top creates a mysterious opening atmosphere.

寸匠熊猫NANA改变传统的开门交互形式,增加沉浸式的感官体验,让观众在门前的“龙虾电话”上摁下预约码,当拨通达利的超现实“龙虾电话”,旋转大门开启,大幕拉开,会进入到怎样的异次味蕾世界呢?

CUN PANDA NANA changes the traditional door-opening interaction by adding an immersive sensory experience, allowing the audience to press a reservation code on the lobster phone in front of the door. When one dials up Darley's Surreal Lobster, the revolving door opens and the curtain rises, what kind of otherworldly world of taste buds will one enter?

进入前厅,墙面的龙虾暗纹在“戏台”灯光的折射下,发出淡淡的金光。转身进入观众台,空间豁然开朗。

Entering the antechamber, the dark pattern of lobsters on the walls emits a faint golden glow under the refraction of the theatre lights. Turning into the auditorium, the space opens up.

好戏上演 / Good show begins

用极致细节致敬传奇的东方美学。

寸匠熊猫NANA将闽南的观戏概念植入空间,将观戏的前景、中景、背景的戏剧元素具象化在空间,形成指较的室内主空间,呈现出一番独特的中式美学气质。

CUN PANDA NANA implanted the concept of watching opera in Minnan into space. The opera elements of the foreground, middle and background of the opera are visualised in the space, forming the main indoor space, and presenting a unique Chinese aesthetic.

前景是食客正前方的动态LED屏。大屏播放品牌宣传片、动态影片、主题大片... 随着内容的需求可随意切换不同的场景氛围.互动大屏的不断变化,也是不断带给食客新的体验,创造不同场景体验,犹如一幕幕电影场景轮番登台.

In the foreground is a dynamic LED screen directly in front of diners. Play branding films, motion pictures, themed blockbusters on the big screen. The demand for content can be switched to different scenes and atmospheres. The continuous change of the interactive big screen is also to bring new experiences to diners, creating different scene experiences, just like a film scene on stage in turn.

中景是空间中央屹立的龙虾钳装置。以龙虾钳为原型,化为科幻现实主义的流动形态,金黄的金属面上映射空间中的浮光掠影,食客透过流动的洞口,瞧见闪闪烁烁的画面。食客落座于当代美学下中式气质的圆桌方椅,以装置为中心,围绕四周,充满中国笔墨气息的趣味渔夫灯照亮了场域与食物,同时当吊灯摇晃时,其独特的光影设计又营造出江南渔船悠悠晃晃的私宴小调...

The centre piece is the lobster pincer installation standing in the centre of the space. Based on the lobster pincer, it is transformed into a sci-fi realist flowing form, with the golden metal surface reflecting the floating light in space, and diners can see the flickering images through the flowing holes.Diners are seated at round tables and chairs in a contemporary aesthetic. At the centre of the installation, and around the perimeter, interesting fisherman's lamps with Chinese ink and brush strokes illuminate the space and the food. At the same time, when the chandelier is swaying, its unique light and shadow design creates a private banquet tone of the fishing boat in the south of the Yangtze River swaying leisurely.

背景是包围的墙面,两侧暗金色的龙虾纹理铺满黑色的墙面,在光影的加持下与整体色调融合出低奢的空间质感,后方是可开可合的中式镂空折叠门造型,形成灵活的场域,二者共同构成了观戏文化的后景。于是古代富人观戏的贵族场景逐步成形...

The background is an encircling wall, with dark gold lobster texture on both sides spreading over the black wall, which blends with the overall colour palette to create a low-luxury spatial texture under the addition of light and shadow. At the back is the openable and closeable Chinese hollow folding door shape, forming a flexible field. The two together constitute the backdrop of the theatre-going culture. The aristocratic scene of ancient rich people watching theatre gradually takes shape.

Diners are in the middle of the action.

由洗手台、酒柜及出餐口三大功能构成的服务动线,由暗门隔绝,将功能区隐藏在内,只露出了精致的洗手池,在立面视觉上保持干净整洁。

The service line consisting of the three main functions of washbasin, wine cooler and outlet is separated by a concealed door that hides the functional areas, revealing only the delicate washbasin, which is visually kept clean and tidy on the façade.

室内是精致,是文化,是精心雕琢。室外是潮流,是探索,是别出心裁。室外的就餐空间,我们希望是潮流与艺术的,我们更喜欢称它为一场小型的艺术临展。通往户外露台就餐的入口处,我们设置了一扇虚化的入口,采用透明的亚克力,虚实结合,以无意识的内在活动引导有意识的行为,摇响铃铛,走过门洞,开启另一段观戏之旅......

Indoors it's sophistication, culture, craftsmanship.Outdoors, it's trends, exploration and originality.For the outdoor dining space, we wanted it to be trendy and artistic, we prefer to call it a small art exhibition. At the entrance leading to the outdoor terrace for dining, we set up an imaginary entrance with transparent acrylic, combining the real and the imaginary. The unconscious inner activity guides the conscious behavior, ring the bell, walk through the doorway and start another journey of opera watching.

我们采用统一的设计手法与单一材料,建造可变化的“展厅”形态。采用脚手架搭建整体框架,用高透明度的亚克力板做空间分隔,以灵活拆卸组装的方式,结合灯光的色彩变换,空间既隔绝视线,又营造私密感,起到隔而不断的观感.。塑造不同的场景感和体验感,给室外就餐带来更多可能性。

We used a unified design approach and a single material to create a changeable showroom form.Using scaffolding to build the overall framework, with high transparency acrylic panels to do space separation. With flexible disassembly and assembly, combined with the colour change of the light. The space not only isolates the line of sight, but also creates a sense of privacy,  creating a sense of separation and continuity. Shaping a different sense of scene and experience, brings more possibilities to outdoor dining.

为探寻一种更为新奇且意境感的就餐体验,我们在钢架上设计了雾化喷嘴,当薄薄的水雾缓缓释放,解暑降温的同时,营造出如观戏舞台般的效果,让观戏人也为戏中人......

To explore a more novel and moody dining experience, we designed a misting nozzle on the steel frame. When a thin mist of water is slowly released, it cools down the heat. At the same time, it creates a theatre-like effect, so that the audience is also a member of the opera.

闭幕回味 / Closing reflections

戏内戏外,百转千回,精神和味蕾总有一个得到满足。

Inside and outside the opera,after a hundred turns.There's always one to satisfy the spirit or the taste buds.

以现代简洁的相框做外卖的出餐口,极具标示性和审美性。顶部的雨棚,打开时,可以遮雨遮阳,关闭时,是一副画面,可暗藏. 右侧的LED 屏幕,播放当季菜单和品牌宣传片。我们将外卖窗口做的更加服务性,底部放置了共享充电宝、自助水杯,提供给外卖人员及过往行人贴心的服务,也以此塑造品牌的外在形象。

The modern and simple photo frame as a takeaway outlet is highly signposted and aesthetically pleasing. The canopy on the top can be used as a shelter from the rain and sun when open. When closed, it is a picture frame that can be hidden. The LED screen on the right side shows the seasonal menu and brand films. We made the takeaway window more service-oriented. Shared chargers and self-service water cups are placed at the bottom to provide intimate service to the takeaway staff and passers-by, thus shaping the external image of the brand.

A theatre journey for the taste buds. Multiple immersive experiences of taste, smell, and sight, bring the effect of media communication to the experience.

CUN PANDA NANA believes that a good commercial display should be a highly efficient means of communication, which can effectively convey the brand's product information.
