YAKINIKU MASTER烧肉达人日式烧肉店位于上海天钥桥路上，这个年轻的烧肉品牌成立于2007年，本项目是烧肉达人在上海的第三家分店。品牌创立人期望能将日本禅意与中国江南水乡的概念移植到上海，让宾客在舒适优雅的空间里享用美食同时感受到文化的氛围。 设计师利旭恒运用现代的手法演绎日本传统建筑的基本框架结构, 大量的木框架朴实的表现建筑结构美学，另外用水墨方式呈现江南水乡中国建筑屋脊的曲线，曲线来自屋瓦依着梁架迭层的加高，藉此强调了这曲线之美在中国建筑结构上几乎不可置信的简单和自然。

YAKINIKU MASTER is a Japanese barbecue restaurant brand started in 2007, and this project is the third branch of the brand in Shanghai. The founder of the brand hopes to transplant the Japanese Buddhist Mood and the image of beautiful towns at the lower reaches of the Yangtze River to the new Restaurant so that the guests are impressed by the traditional Chinese and Japanese cultures while enjoying delicious food. With this in mind, the famous Taiwan designer Lee Hsuhang applies modern techniques to interpret the basic frame construction of traditional Japanese architecture --- lots of wood frames are used and thus the architectural and structural aesthetics shows off in a simple and natural way. At the same time, LEE employs China ink to present roof ridge curves of the traditional house in the lower reaches area of the Yangtze River --- the curves start from the roof and follow the beam frames to go up in a laminated method, which values the unbelievable naturalness and simplicity of the beauty of curves in Chinese architecture.
